From the moment my aunt Vivien arrived, she mentioned, the staff was warm and inviting making her feel comfortable and at ease, which helped with her anxiety. My cousins who are her children also mentioned that they spoke to a staff who encouraged to bring items from home, giving us the ability to make it “her room” and feel more at home.
The nursing center was kept clean at all times, lots of activities throughout the day for residents, staff are friendly. It shows that ALL the staff are working very hard and care about their residents. I will recommend this nursing center to those who are looking for a nursing facility.
I was greeted by the receptionist right away which is always a good sign. The manager there, Khristine, was very welcoming and informing. I also liked how clean the facility was.
